Consultation: This is an in-depth one hour + consultation with the home owner and/or agent. This consultation looks at the inside to the outside of the home. We will provide a checklist by room of all the changes that should be made to make your home more appealing to a potential buyer. This can include rearranging furniture, removing clutter, painting, gardening and general curb appeal. At Adorn we can do as little or as much as you want. |

Residential Staging: We at Adorn set the stage for the target audience, we are committed to giving the greatest attention to the needs of each individual property. We can do as little or as much as the seller would like. We are committed to helping each home owner by creating a design plan appropriate for each property and by identifying the target audience.
